hey everyone hope you're having a good day anthony sakari here at new york state solar farm i'm at our warehouse right now waiting for a delivery and the driver is running a little late so what i did is set up three of our panels to show you the different form factor of each of them so starting from smallest to biggest this is our sun power oh there it is sun power 327 watt panel this is our sunpower 360 watt panel and this is our sun power 400 watt panel you can see the 327 and the 360 both have the same form factor and size but the 360 obviously has more power output this panel has a ton of power per square foot unlike any other um and you can see our big boy over here this is our 400 watt panel we're also missing some panels in this lineup we have this 400 watt panel and an all black so it doesn't have the white grid lines in it even though those white grid lines actually keep the panel a little more efficient but we do have this panel and all black for those homes that are looking for sleek aesthetically pleasing modern design on the roof almost like it looks like a like a shingle like a tile on the roof when you put these all together we also have this one in a 420 so similar to the 327 and the 360 they're both the same form factor we have this one in a 400 415 and 420 so i'll show you the back side of the panels here you can see it's got the micro inverter behind it this way we could see there's a serial number on the back of it so at any point in time if a panel is down and the customer calls us up to like hey we think something's wrong we could actually pull up the serial number and see where um if there's anything wrong most of the time there's not but just gives them the peace of mind that everything's okay and on the back of this panel you can see this is a 400 watt panel it's got all of the uh data sheet specs on the back of it so those are the different different panels these are true ac panels so right from the factory we're getting the panel with the inverter on the back of it and the reason we love the sun power system for our customers is because of the warranty and also because of the amount of uh the amount of parts that you have to use for the system all of the parts for these panels are coming from sun power for instance i'll show you a delivery that's going out um so when our deliveries go out you'll see it's got our yard sign in the front of it it's got the plan set for the guys so the guys could see um all the you know they have all the digital copies but they have the hard copy of the plan 11 by 17 and check this out the end caps are from sun power so these are all the end caps here's the splices from sunpower just show you guys these real quick these are the mid clamps they're actually taped closed but there's a picture right here these are the mid clamps that hold uh each panel to the next and those are from sun power and here's the uh all the consumption cts from sun power so why is this important because if anything ever goes wrong with the system we're only calling one company up in the past we used to install a lot of different panels when i first got started with solar and we would have to mix all those different parts all those components i just showed you if we weren't doing a sun power system would be from 10 different suppliers and that's what's nice is we get to condense it down to one and you get uh the most powerful producing solar panel on your roof which basically means after 25 years these panels are still producing 92 percent which is pretty awesome all right thanks for joining me for this little behind the scenes tour of our warehouse hope you all have a great day ...
